STEEL FABRICATION
For more than 150 years, Champion Steel Works has built its reputation on craftsmanship and reliability. Since 1872, our commitment to quality steel fabrication is the standard that we hold ourselves to every day.
Our team of skilled fabricators, machinists, and shop personnel produces more than 60 tons of fabricated steel each week. We combine steady production capacity with careful attention to detail, ensuring that every beam, column, and connection leaving our facility exceeds the expectations of our clients.

Our Equipment
Our equipment reflects both innovation and durability. A state-of-the-art PythonX Plasma cutter handles more than 90% of incoming steel which provides precision cutting and drilling. At the same time, our trusted Cincinnati Shear and press brake -- capable of shearing and forming 3/8" plate up to 10 feet in length -- continue to serve as dependable workhorses in our operation. We invest in modern technology to increase efficiency and accuracy, while maintaining proven equipment that continues to perform reliably.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
At Champion Steel Works, our project management team is committed to deliver every project with a proactive, detail-driven approach. Our process begins at the project estimating stage, where our Estimating Team collaborates closely with our Project Management Team to identify potential challenges early and develop cost-effective solutions.
Once a project is awarded, we conduct a structured project hand-off meeting to review every specification, timeline, and customer requirement. From that point forward, our Project Management Team functions as an extension of your own, ensuring seamless communication and alignment with your goals.
To keep your project on schedule, our Project Management Team coordinates daily with our QA/QC Manager, Production Controller, and Shop Lead, maintaining full visibility into fabrication progress, material flow, and quality standards.
For projects where Champion Steel Works manages both Structural Steel Erection and Miscellaneous Metals, our Project Management Team provides proactive scheduling, site coordination, and installation oversight. This integrated approach minimizes delays, increases efficiency, and ensures that both structural and miscellaneous steel packages are installed safely and on time.
